At Harmony in Nature, we guide calming and rejuvenating forest bathing and nature therapy sessions in ancient and semi-ancient woodlands across Surrey and South London. These deeply restorative experiences combine mindfulness, meditation, and nature connection; supporting your mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

🍃 What is Forest Bathing?
Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, Forest Bathing means “bathing in the atmosphere of the forest”. It invites you to slow your pace and tune into the healing power of trees through your senses.
